Public feedback isn't the ITG Feedback module
Anyone can give feedback about a club for free. It goes to ITG first, is moderated, and is never shown publicly. The paid ITG Feedback module is what lets a club see its own dashboards, reports and moderated summaries.
The pathway to ITG Approved
The Club Standard is a separate entitlement — not an automatic part of membership. Clubs that take it adopt all four standards, educate their people, gather evidence and apply for an ITG review.
Clubs that meet the standard earn ITG Approved status. It is reviewed every year and can't be bought.

Questions
Does membership make us an ITG Approved club?
No. Membership gives you the platform and the modules you choose. ITG Approved status is earned through The Club Standard pathway and an ITG review, and it's reviewed every year.
How is the price worked out?
Membership and each module are priced per team, per month, and The Club Standard is a flat monthly fee. There is also a one-off registration fee, paid when your club completes setup and activates. The calculator above shows the estimate for your club.
How do we join?
Apply through Register a Club. ITG reviews your application; once accepted, your administrator sets the club up — leaders, teams, policies and people — then confirms the package and pays to activate.
Can we change modules later?
Yes. A club administrator can add or remove modules and update the number of teams any time from Plan & billing in the portal. Every change is recorded.
Is public feedback the same as the Feedback module?
No. Anyone can send feedback to ITG for free. ITG moderates it and never publishes it. Clubs with the ITG Feedback module see moderated, anonymised summaries in their dashboards.
How do our coaches, parents and players get access?
Once you're set up, your club administrator adds people in the portal and they sign in through Member Login.
